Human beings and their environment fashion and shape one another. There is a sort of transaction. In exploring the industrial landscapes by the banks of the Sambre I am impressed (literaly) by the forms, the details, the architectures, which I transform and retrace in steel sheets. These sculptures are landscapes: frameworks, structures, bodies, forms, constructions borrowed from nature.
